Invecta, operated by Sirlopu Technology Services, LLC, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all Invecta orders. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or
  • Email us at support@invecta.app with your order number and reason for the refund, and we will pass the request to Paddle.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days after Paddle processes the refund.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page inside Invecta. Cancellation stops future renewals; if you cancel within the 30-day window and would like a refund of your latest charge, please submit a refund request as described above.
